BuzCall is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance Status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. BuzCall is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.
Accessibility Features
BuzCall includes the following accessibility features:
- Semantic HTML structure for better screen reader navigation
- Keyboard navigation support throughout the application
- Sufficient color contrast for text and interactive elements
- Text resizing without loss of content or functionality
- Alternative text for images and non-text content
- ARIA landmarks and roles where appropriate
- Focus indicators for interactive elements
Limitations and Alternatives
Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of BuzCall, there may be some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations, and potential solutions. Please contact us if you observe an issue not listed below.
- Some older PDF documents may not be fully accessible. We are working to remediate these documents or provide alternative formats upon request.
- Some interactive features may be challenging for users with certain disabilities. We provide alternative methods to access the same information.
